Sugar Detox: It sounds SO HARD! Is it worth it? Can I really do it?

In recent posts we mentioned how we are consuming way too much sugar causing significant health and emotional issues. We have actually become addicted to it, and it’s really hard to stop, especially on our own. One very effective step towards combatting this is a SUGAR DETOX.


But that sounds SO HARD!!!
