Dairy. Free. Faux. Parmesan. Cheese

Go from ordinary to extraordinary! Great for dairy free lasagna and other pasta dishes, over steamed or roasted vegetables, to sprinkle on salads and soups, etc.

Dairy Free Parmesan Cheese

  • 3/4 cup raw cashews, sliced or slivered almonds, or sunflower seeds (nut free option)

  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1/4-1/2 tsp salt or salt substitute

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Blend all ingredients in high speed blender or food processor and adjust seasonings to taste.
