Dairy Free Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup raw cashews, sliced or slivered almonds, or sunflower seeds (nut free option)
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4-1/2 tsp salt or salt substitute
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender or food processor and adjust seasonings to taste.
