Crush. it. with. cardio.

There are so many options for cardio workouts. Brisk walking, biking, swimming, aerobics classes, etc. The main thing is to get your heart pumping and work up a bit of a sweat.

if you haven’t tried rebounding (jumping on a mini-trampoline), I highly recommend it. It provides the benefits of a high-intensity workout while still being easy on your joints. I'll talk more about it in another post, IYH.

Overall, there are many benefits of a cardio workout, both physical and psychological. It helps strengthen your heart, lungs, and bones and decreases your risk for chronic disease. It contributes to weight loss, increases your energy levels, improves your mood, reduces stress levels, enhances your overall sleep, and more.

The most important piece of any exercise program you embark on is that it fits with your personality, interests, and likes. Choosing a form of exercise that you are enthusiastic about and getting together with people you enjoy being with will increase the probability of you sticking to it and getting more out of it.

In reality, most of us know how good exercise is for us. Sometimes all we need is that little push to get going. That's why I am here! Let me help you find the activities (and the motivation!) to make exercise an enjoyable part of your life so it becomes a WANT TO instead of a HAVE TO!
