The 'SUNSHINE' Vitamin


With temperatures going up into the high 60's here in the northeast, today is a great day to get out in the sun!


Sunlight is fundamental for health and well-being and generates the production of vitamin D. Along with the listed benefits above, it strengthens our immune system and bones, fights disease, and increases longevity. It just makes us feel good on so many levels.


While we want to be smart about sun exposure, it's great to get some sun in on a daily basis (weather permitting).
