Super Seeds Make a Super Snack!


Looking for a healthier snack option when you're not at home?


Mary’s Gone Crackers has now put out a Super Seed, gluten free line of crackers that are made from whole brown rice, quinoa, and seeds like pumpkin, sunflower, flax, sesame and poppy.


Lots of seeds means it's high in protein and fiber, and fabulous for brain health, cellular function, and sustained energy.


And for those of you who like the sushi vibe or just want to increase your iodine levels, they even throw in some seaweed for good measure.




What's most impressive about this product is that the ingredients are left whole and intact and not ground into flour. This means that they have retained all their health promoting nutrition and fiber and digest slower, always a winner when it comes to keeping your blood sugars stable and staying full.


They are made with no added sugar and contain 3 g of fiber and 5 g of protein.


Not bad for plants, wouldn't you say?!?


They come in many flavor options like Everything, Rosemary Crackers, Basil and Garlic, Jalapeno, and Seaweed and Black Sesame. *(Just be aware of the sodium levels for those watching their salt intake.)
