It's. Cold. Outside.

and wet and icy.....

With the yesterday's real feel temp around here being close to 16 degrees, and today's forecast is for some snow and sleet, taking your daily walk outside in this kind of weather isn't happening.

But don't let that stop you from getting a little movement in to give you the mental and physical boost you need to tackle your to-do list. Knowing you did something good for yourself that sets you up for a successful day is such a good feeling. Nothing can stop you now!

Here are 2 variations of indoor cardio workouts you can try. Instead of jumping or running in place on a hard floor, try this trampoline which is much easier on your knees and amazing for your joints and lymphatic system (More about that in another post, IYH). I, my kids, (and grandkids!) use it almost daily and love it.
