Do. It. Everyday.

Updated: Nov 14, 2021

Where does your daily routine lead you to?

It's not what you do once in a while, it's what you do EVERYDAY!

A habit is a pattern of behavior that we repeat over and over again until it becomes second nature. ‘Good’ habits are those that make us feel good and lead us to the right direction towards our goals.

Here are some of the steps you can take when you want to incorporate a new habit:

Step # 1: Start with your goal and choose what habit to take on. Try to get the most bang for your buck. What will be the most impactful and give you the most benefit?

Step #2: Make sure it’s doable and sustainable. Determine what is the SMALLEST piece of that habit that you can start with and when you'll do it.

Step #3: See where you can fit it in without disturbing the equilibrium of your already ‘overloaded’ life. "Stacking" this new habit to one you already do is always an easy way to remember.

For example, recently, when I wanted to improve my strength & flexibility, I started to do a downward dog when I wake up.

  • Stackable

  • easy

  • fast

  • doable

  • sustainable

These water bottles are my favorites. Best is a glass bottle like this Ello version, but for hard plastic, try this Contigo.

Our routine is a compilation of our habits, good and bad. Let’s make sure they are the ones we want to be doing…
