Participation in any program, course, challenge, coaching service, or educational offering provided by Healthy Living with Rivka is voluntary.

These offerings are designed to provide education, guidance, and support related to nutrition, lifestyle, habits, and overall well-being. Your health is personal and individual, and it is important that you take responsibility for your own body, choices, and participation.

Educational nature of services

All content provided through Healthy Living with Rivka, including but not limited to emails, videos, written materials, group discussions, coaching sessions, and digital resources, is educational in nature only.

These offerings are not intended to:

• Diagnose any medical condition

• Treat or cure disease

• Provide medical or mental health care

• Replace advice from a physician or licensed healthcare provider

I am not acting as your doctor, dietitian, therapist, or medical provider.

Personal responsibility

By participating in any program or service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own health decisions

• You will consult your healthcare provider before making changes if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have health concerns

• You will listen to your body and discontinue participation if something does not feel appropriate or supportive for you

You agree to release and hold harmless Rivka Golombeck and Healthy Living with Rivka, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation in any program, course, challenge, coaching service, or educational offering.

This includes, but is not limited to, any perceived or actual physical, emotional, or health-related effects.
