3 onions, cut
2-3 large sweet potatoes
1 cup almond or oat milk
1 tsp cinnamon
Cut the onions, put them in a pot and cook them in a small amount of water until translucent.
Peel and cut the sweet potatoes.
Add them to the pot and cook for about 5-8 minutes.
Add water to just cover the sweet potatoes.
Boil, then simmer for about 25 minutes until sweet potatoes are soft.
Add the cinnamon.
Put the entire mixture in a blender or use an immersion blender and blend.
Return to the pot and add the almond or oat milk.
